The nine people killed when a Learjet 60 crashed in Florida on Sunday have been identified in reports and family statements, the BBC reported. Texas tech entrepreneur Adam Robinson, his wife Helen Sharp and their two children, Emma, 4, and Charlie, 2, were all killed in the crash, according to a joint statement from some of the families of those killed. Their family described them as "devoted parents" and said their children were "the light of their lives." Robinson described himself on his LinkedIn page as the founder and CEO of RB2B and Retention.com, the BBC reported.

Also travelling aboard the jet were Rachel Reed, Charmi Fehr and Anita Maria Cetina, the BBC reported. Reed and Fehr were described in the joint family statement as "full of joy and adventure," and the statement said Cetina "cared for Emma and Charlie with tenderness and devotion, and she was truly part of the family."

The pilot was Jeff Gregory, 55, identified by East Coast Jets, a private charter company where he used to work, the BBC reported. U.S. media has identified Nathalia Filgueiras, 20, as the copilot; she earned her pilot's licence when she was 17, and her mother, Camila Corteleti, confirmed to U.S. media that her daughter had died.

The Learjet 60 was bound for the Bahamas from Austin when it crashed on Sunday, killing all nine aboard. The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating whether ice and turbulence contributed to the crash, and whether human error played a role, the BBC reported. This station's earlier files covered the crash itself (SQ-20261101-055) and the investigators' breakup timeline (SQ-20261102-051); this file is the families' identification of the victims.
